Shannon is a senior-level practitioner of Human Resources and Professional Development with twenty years of experience helping organizations align their talent management programs with their business goals.     Her work has helped increase the profitability of organizations in a variety of industries  through insightful analysis, deliberate strategy creation and professional development.  A proven leader, Shannon has built professional development and training functions from the ground up for various organizations and elevated the talent development function for others.  She has a passion for creating leadership development programs that are practical, relevant, and readily applicable.

Shannon holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Currently serving as President of the Association for Talent Development’s South Florida Chapter (ATD), Shannon is helping to shape the future of talent development in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.


In over thirty years working for organizations ranging from the Fortune 50 to ultra-small businesses, I have never worked with someone as dynamic, professional, and driven to excellence as ShannonI learned from her what it takes to get a large, diverse group of people to work together and how to prepare an organization for change and future growth.    Shannon has extraordinary vision and the will to achieve that vision. I was fortunate to work with Shannon to create a training program. She was an incredible mentor, assisting in my growth and development as a trainer. She communicated her vision for a way to grow and strengthen our organization and then gave me the opportunity to bring it to life. Through her support, leadership and thorough direction, we produced and rolled out a new program to engage front line staff in the sales process. Shannon truly made time to teach me her specialty.
